These "flowers" are for Melody. I thought about painting or taking a picture. I thought about actually sending virtual flowers. But then I thought about Melody and I knew the perfect flowers for her. Chocolate Roses. No amount of chocolate can cure her ache right now, but really no amount of flowers can either. Just Christ. And she has Him. But if I were a face friend, this is what I would bring. Love you Melody.

Yes, Christ has lifted me and it will all be just fine. (With that I exit at 2:25am to administer meds to a child who is in bed upstairs and honking like a goose.)

Chocolate roses, great idea! You're right it may not be the cure but a little chocolate never hurts either. ;)
